Brian is the senior pastor at Edgewood and is responsible for preaching, vision casting and leadership. He and his wife Beth joined the Edgewood family in 2013.
He attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he was led to the Lord through the influence of his college roommate. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Brian serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Keep Believing Ministries, is a Pro Contributor to SermonCentral.com, is an author of two tracts (Soul Satisfaction and The Only Way), is a contributor to the Preacher’s Sourcebook, a columnist for Believe.com, writes an “Ask a Pastor” feature for Believe.com and serves as the chaplain for the Quad Cities Missing Persons Network. He also hosts a weekly radio program called, “On Mission” that airs on WDLM on Sundays at 11:00 am and 7:30 pm.
He enjoys running, reading and spending time with his family. He’s also an avid Packers fan (but don’t hold that against him).

Ed is Associate Pastor overseeing Pastoral Care and Seniors. He is a native of western New York and studied at Faithway Baptist College in Michigan, receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees. He and his wife Sheila came to Edgewood in 1979 and Ed served as youth pastor for 21 years. He loves being grandpa to his granddaughters and grandsons. Tim, along with his wife Carrie, came to Edgewood in 1981. They are both graduates of Tennessee Temple University. Along with his Bible degree, he is also a master's graduate of Liberty University in counseling. Tim oversees the adult discipleship ministries of the church, teaches the Couple's Class, and ministers through pastoral counseling. Away from the church he enjoys biking and playing tennis as well as spending time with his family.
Sheila is the Christian Education Director at Edgewood, serving in that role since 2000. She oversees everything with kids at Edgewood, and also leads the women's ministry team. She was born in Detroit, Michigan and attended Faithway Baptist College and Eastern Michigan University. She enjoys hanging out with her family, cooking, reading, and antiquing/junking. Andy has been part of the Edgewood team since June of 2006. He is the administrative pastor (HR and operations) and First Impressions pastor for Edgewood. Andy is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University and a graduate of East Moline Christian School. Andy has been married to his wife Heather, since 1991. Dan and his family joined the staff in May of 2010. Dan and his wife Beth have been married since 1989 and have six children, two of which are grown. Dan heads up the Celebrate Recovery ministry and the Missions Committee. Dan's life verse is Colossians 2:6-7 "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."
Chad joined the Edgewood staff in the summer of 2015. He oversees Edgewood's worship ministry. He and his wife Becky, both Quad Cities natives, have returned to live on mission for the glory of God as part of Edgewood with their two children. Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Trinity College (Deerfield, Illinois) and has over 17 years of experience leading Worship, Creative, Media and Technical Arts ministries in the local church.
In addition to musical interests in the areas of worship leading, singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, music technology and production; Chad also enjoys making an impact with creative communications, media development, motion graphics, web design/development, photography, and graphic design.
Kyle oversees both the youth and young adults ministries of Edgewood. He and his wife, Liesl, and two boys joined Edgewood in the summer of 2016. They attended Bryan College where Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and minors in Bible and History. He is currently working on his Masters in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University. He is passionate about young people, building relationships, missions, and discipleship. He has lived in the South his whole life but is happy to call the Quad Cities home now.

Sheila is a graduate of Rock Island High School and Black Hawk College where she earned an Associate degree in Business Education. Sheila has been a member of Edgewood since 1994. Sheila joined the Edgewood staff as an administrative assistant in November of 2006. She is married to Marty and has two daughters.
Marie is a graduate of Free Will Baptist Bible College and joined our staff in 2007 as our Office Assistant. Marie composes the different publications of Edgewood and assists the pastors in their ministries. Marie enjoys being a part of our Ignite Ministry. She received Christ at an early age and has been serving the Lord most of her life. Some of her hobbies include: bowling, cooking, and drama.
Suzy grew up in the Quad Cities and attended Edgewood. She graduated From Augustana College with a Computer Science/Math degree. Suzy joined the staff as the Nursery Director in 2015. Suzy is married to Jason and they have two daughters.
Joe Wells joined fulltime staff in 2002. He is responsible for and does a great job keeping the facility looking great and ensuring it is prepared for the many ministry programs that take place throughout the week at Edgewood. Joe is married to Lisa.
Janelle joined the team in 2012. She assists Joe in cleaning and setting up the facility for ministry.
